By creating an account or using Omnivex, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use means you accept the new terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Omnivex. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.

You keep ownership of the clips, posts, and messages you share. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform. Do not upload content that infringes rights, is illegal, or violates our community guidelines.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current period.
• Seat changes on team plans may be prorated.
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and Stripe’s rules.
• Virtual currency and cosmetics have no real-world cash value.

• Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or using unauthorized third-party tools.
• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or threats.
• Impersonating other users or staff.
• Scamming, fraud, or money laundering.
• Abusing rewards, referrals, or the AI team finder.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Omnivex is provided as-is. We are not responsible for tournament disputes, missed payouts due to incorrect payment details, or losses from trading or gambling outside the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
